Hello Cyclones!!

My name is Rebecca Seddighi and I am the Cobb Librarian.  This will start my 4th year at Cobb and before that I was an elementary librarian for 7 years. I love the middle school readers and sharing in conversations with them about their favorite literature.

I was born and raised in Texas, graduated with my Bachelors degree from Texas A&M University (WHOOP...Gig' Em Aggies), and then graduated with my Masters degree in Library Science from the University of North Texas.  I taught 1st and 2nd grades in Frisco ISD for 6 years before becoming a Librarian. I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys.  I will have a freshman at The University of Oklahoma this year and a freshman at Reedy High School.  

 

Of course I love great books! My other favorite hobbies are planning parties and traveling to just about anywhere ...
